Planning A Chuck E Cheese Party
Making reservations for a Chuck E Cheese party was very simple.
I went to their website and clicked on Birthdays.
I was brought to a page where I could choose the location where I wanted to have the party.
I chose the closest Chuck E Cheese to me for convenience.
I then picked a date and it gave me a list of times I could choose from.
Once I chose a time, it gave me a list of options with pricing.
I was able to enter how many kids I thought would come to the birthday party and it gave me a total.
I was able to change the number of kids at any time by contacting the Chuck E Cheese location by phone or through their website!
Once I chose my options, the Chuck E Cheese site asked if I would like to send Evite invitations out to the guests.
No need to know everyones mailing address and buy stamps.
The Chuck E Cheese Evite system will send an invitation by email to anyone that you would like.
Just enter the email addresses in and push send.
I was even able to personalize the Evite birthday card with tons of different options!
After the Evite had been sent out, I began to get responses from everyone by email letting me know if they could make it or not.
It kept a running tally of the number of people who responded Yes, No or Maybe.
Guests were also able to leave comments with their responses.
At any time, I could add extra people to the Evite card.
It even reminded me to send the invitation out again a week before the party to those who did not respond yet.
Its Party Time What Next
As the host, you can arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for your guests to arrive. Since Chuck E. Cheeses has taken care of the party table setup as well as all the food you have nothing else to do.
The party helper will approach you with all of your party essentials including your unlimited games party bands.
Once you confirm your partys food and guests they will give you a schedule breakdown for the party which you can customize to work with your particular group.

- Kid check program On your way in, each member of your party gets a unique stamp code. No child can leave the store until stamp codes are matched to an adult. This was one of the first safety steps I had seen them take, I am a huge fan.
- Family time I like to be able to spend time with my kids doing the things that they enjoy, and it is fun for us to strategize together, get a little competitive, add up our tickets, and choose fun prizes that they earned. Also, theres free wifi if you need it for any reason!

Is 11 Too Old For A Chuck E Cheese Birthday Party
My youngest sons birthday was last month. He turned 11 and celebrated with a Chuck E Cheese birthday party.
But Im getting ahead of myself. Two months before his birthday, I visited CEC Headquarters and was surprised by some of the new things they are doing including incredibly yummy pizza. During the tour, I kept thinking to myself how much my boys would love it.
Now, you might be thinking, Wait!Isnt your son too old for a Chuck E Cheese party?
Truth be told, when I asked my then 10-year-old son if we could celebrate his birthday with a few friends at Chuck E. Cheeses, I was met with some resistance. In his head, Chuck E. Cheeses meant a long table with everyone wearing party hats and Chuck E. dancing and singing. I assured him that no one has to wear hats, and we would request that Chuck E. not sing and dance for his party. And then I said two magical words that finally convinced himunlimited tokens.
We invited his friends, and I invited the parents to stay and have dinner.
That is where I was met with more resistancewe were going to willingly eat Chuck E. Cheese pizza?
Oh yes, my friends. You will thank me later.

Overall, I truly could not have been happier with the whole experience. I did EVERYTHING online on my own schedule and it was the smoothest, most relaxed party Ive had. Frankly, Im considering hosting my own next birthday party there they do have beer, after all!

When you think back to your childhood, can you remember the day-to-day? I cant. What I remember was the experiences that we had as a family. I remember driving to Yellowstone in an RV, running through the sprinklers with DIY garbage bag ponchos and going to places like Chuck E. Cheeses. I try to give my kids as many memorable experiences as I can so that they can have the fun memories like I have.
This year as a fun family party, we went to Chuck E. Cheeses. It was not anyones real birthday, but we decided to have an annual un-birthday party to celebrate all the grandchildrens birthdays at one big party. It was a night that I am sure will not be forgotten. We chose the super star package which means that every kids got 2 pieces of pizza, a collectable cup, 45 tokens and drinks. We also upgraded everyone as an additional birthday star so that they all got 1000 tickets, a chance to earn more in the ticket blaster booth and they all got personalized themed gifts. This was the way to go.
Our FAVORITE part was watching each child go in to the ticket blaster. Everyone gathered around and cheered for each other. Three adults got to fill in for timid/small children and it was just as much fun for the adults as it was for the kids. Plus everyone loves watching the silly aunt.

Super Fan, and if you opt to reserve a VIP party, you can get the entire party area to yourself before the restaurant opens!
Our six-year-old birthday boy got to select his own party theme, and he chose to Party Like a Rockstar, which was fitting for this aspiring guitarist!
My six-year-old is a huge fan of Skee Ball, and hes actually really good at it!
All of the party guests had a great time playing games together!

Birthday packages start at just $14.99 per child and can be upgraded to All You Can Play for only $3 more per kid.
We chose the Mega Super Star package. It was perfect!

For one flat fee, kiddos can play unlimited games without exception for a selected amount of time.
Currently, unlimited game time comes in 30-minute increments starting at $9 with any Chuck E. Cheese deals purchase and is good any day of the week.
Watch that ticket pile grow as your kids hearts swell, because theres no game too big or small for their young ambitions.
They can play the same game over and over, or try every single one and rack up enough tickets to trade in for their dream prize.
