Onsite tours are available Tuesdays from 9am-12pm, or Wednesdays & Thursdays 2-6pm with an appointment. Email to schedule a walk-through.

HPNC requires a minimum of 1.5 hours for small and medium rooms and 2.5 hours for a large room. Scheduled times include set up and clean up time.

Refund Policy: A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE processing fee applies to all rentals. Rental fees, minus the non-refundable $50 processing fee, may be refunded IF AND ONLY IF written notification of cancellation is received by HPNC at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date of rental use.

Non-appearance does not constitute cancellation of the rental agreement, and in such an instance, the renter will remain responsible for full payment of rental fees. HPNC does not offer deferred, reduced, or pro-rated space rental fees.

City Park Pool

City Park Pool is located in City Park. Enjoy the park surroundings and Sheldon Lake for fishing and an outdoor pool. City Park Pool is the best place to be during those hot summer days in Fort Collins. City Park Pool provides you with a water park experience right in your own backyard. Admission is charged for everyone entering City Park Pool.

Club Tico

Since the 1920’s Club Tico has served as one of Fort Collins’ most unique and beautiful locations for special events and celebrations. Club Tico has been recently renovated and now features climate control and newly finished floors. The facility is located within historic City Park near downtown Fort Collins and offers convenient access and parking. Club Tico offers your next special event a classic environment with modern amenities.

Foothills Activity Center

Foothills Activity Center is Recreations newest facility. The 3-level recreation center is located inside the newly renovated mall, Foothills, and features a gymnasium, workout rooms, and classrooms. Foothills Activity Center hosts youth and adult sports programming, fitness classes, early education activities, and more.

Community Recreation Center and Centennial Recreation Center/Club Fitness are conveniently located and reasonably priced.

• For Children under the age of 6, a caregiver must be in the water within arms reach of the child. Children ages 7-9 years old must have a caregiver or older within the Aquatics Center. Children Ages 10-11 years old must have a caregiver in Champions Club. Children 12 years and older have full access.
• The Pool may be closed for unforeseen circumstances due to inclement weather or biohazards. Party attendants will do their best to find alternate activities based on availability. No refunds will be granted.
• Monday – Thursday Aquatics Rentals have limited operating hours. Please visit the Pool Schedule for up-to-date information as slides may not be available or there may be a conflict with Swim Lessons.

How To Book Your Party

Step One:

Contact Devin at or 248 352-8000 EXT. 314 to schedule a tour to see the spaces you will be renting for your party. This will give you a better idea on how to plan for your party and get an idea of how you can set up your eating room and what you will need to bring.

Step Two:

Choose your party time.

Parties are available on some Saturdays and Sundays. Time slots are predetermined based on your preferred day and party room. Due to our offerings it makes it very difficult to move time slots or to add on extra time to your party.

How Late Can I Hire A Nightclub Venue For A Party

Nightclubs have wildly different closing times, however, also bear in mind that their alcohol licence will also determine how long they will be allowed to serve drinks. Depending on the club, they will stay open and serve drinks starting at 00.00 and going all the way up to 03.00. Arrange any expected extension of your stay with the venue manager ahead of time.

What a great space! We had my mothers 80th at The Saturday Club in late July and it was a really nice venue right in the middle of Wayne. The rental space includes tables and nice wooden chairs plus a PA system and screen if you need it. They have a stage and a full commercial kitchen downstairs. Joyce who books the space is great.

Everyone at our party commented on how beautiful the space was and for us it was less expensive then putting up a tent in our backyard. Bring your own caterer, food, liquor. You just need a bar service or caterer with liquor liability insurance.

Go check it out! A hidden gem in a historic building in Wayne.
