Facility Parties & Rentals
Are you looking for indoor space for an upcoming event? Upon availability, YMCA facilities are available to rent on Saturday evenings after the YMCA is closed. Rental includes large meeting or multi-purpose room with tables and chairs available for up to 350 people, West Gym, kitchen, and a building supervisor. Pool and Rock Wall rental are also available. Event must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Alcohol is prohibited at the YMCA.

Commercial Use Of Park Property
Commercial use of park system property requires a permit issued by the City of Raleigh. The permit does not grant exclusive use of space but provides the permit holder a license for the activity in the designated area. The permit holder and participants must share the designated areas with other users and cannot block public access.
Permit holders must submit a completed application, a $25 permit application fee, and a certificate of insurance .

Community Recreation Center and Centennial Recreation Center/Club Fitness are attractive, clean and spacious venues that are conveniently located and reasonably priced.

Rent an Activity Room for a minimum of 1 hour during Instructional Pool open swim time and pay daily admission for each guest . Please note that we will only allow 25 guests maximum per Activity Room rented. If you have 26+ guests, you must rent another Activity Room.
Check-In: All guests, including the host, must check in at the Front Desk area in the main lobby upon arrival. Activity Rooms will not be available prior to the booking time. If you would like to decorate, please plan to book the room earlier than when your guests are set to arrive. If you would like to store items in the party room past the time it is booked for, please book the room later or you will be charged the rental fee of $30 per room/hour.
Fees: Daily admission is required for all guests, including swimmers and non-swimmers + room rental. We do not accept checks for daily admission- cash or credit card only.
