Most of the family-friendly attractions are near Parking Decks A, B, and C. Parking is FREE for the first hour, and thereafter costs $4 for the duration of your visit.
If you’re traveling from New York City, American Dream Mall offers several public transportation options. We’ve also taken the train to Secaucus Junction and enjoyed an easy 10-minute cab ride to American Dream Mall from there.

The space was originally painted in pastel tones but I felt it needed some big inspiration. I decided on oversized paint tubes, crayons, colored pencils and scribbles. These are items youd see in an artists studio and thats the vibe I wanted to create for our guests. Plus I love it when children are allowed to freely scribble on walls. In India my artist pals let their children draw on walls until they dont want to anymore. Their homes wind up becoming an historical document of the development of their childrens art abilities. Its really quite wonderful!

Then its time to shop. With giant stores Johnny Was, Mulberry and Saint Laurent, The Avenue, anchored by the only Saks Fifth Avenue in New Jersey, has as much high-end retail as Fifth Avenue. Even if haute is not your thing, you can pick up leggings at Lululemon or stock up on dry shampoo at Ulta.
At this point, you will probably be ready for a cocktail or a nice meal, or both.
