Absolutely. Any child can attend a Romp n’ Roll party regardless of age providing s/he plays safely. Please note that we reserve the right to ask any child playing unsafely to discontinue play.
Thirteen days prior to your scheduled birthday party, we will send you a survey in which you will confirm the details of your party, including the estimate of the number of children attending. If, in the last week before the party, you suspect that your party will exceed the number of children your package provides, please call as soon as possible so that we may provide an additional staff member if needed and/or adjust your charges accordingly. There is an additional charge for each additional child over the maximum that your party package provides. Please contact us to learn more.
- Romp n’ Roll may be hosting a party before yours, so please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your party. In the event that you arrive late for your party, it will still end at the scheduled time.
- Romp n’ Roll may be hosting a party after yours, so please ensure that your party departs from the facility within 15 minutes of the scheduled end time so that the staff may clean up and/or prepare for the next party.

Bring Balls Or Frisbees For The Kids
We did not bring balls or frisbees for our park party, but I wished I had. The kids spent a lot of time running and playing in the grass. They could have spent much more time enjoying the open field had we brought a few items to help entertain them. You can buy a set of frisbees pretty reasonably online and then use those as party favors! Win win.

Our park has a pavilion which I visited ahead of time. You will want to check for things such as electric outlets, nails or hooks on posts , the number of seats for guests, how many trash cans, a water faucet nearby for rinsing things off, etc. Take pictures on your phone so you can review once you are home. The more you know about the party area, the more precise you can get with your decoration planning.

About Me Why Soft Play
It was leading up to my daughters first birthday and I suddenly realized I couldn’t find the kids entertainment I wanted for the party. Everyone was telling me the celebration was mine and not something my daughter would remember.
BUT I wanted something for my daughter, I wanted her to have fun and celebrate, even if she would never remember the occasion. Let’s face it – most of our joy comes from seeing their happiness. Soft play areas provide soft, safe and clean environments for kids to explore and enjoy at a variety of ages. It also gives the adults a moment to enjoy their time together whilst their children are entertained with the stimulating colors, crawling space and climbing equipment.
I didn’t end up finding this for my daughter’s first birthday sadly, but soon fell in love with the whole idea when I did come across it soon after. I’m a strong believer in the soft play area for parties and I love seeing my client’s joy after they witness their own children’s happiness and the compliments they receive from their guests. Plus most of the young guests head home having been active and what parent doesn’t enjoy a nap inducing activity?!
Being a mom myself I hope I can add to the service I provide. Knowing what it takes to host a party, what you want from a service and making you and your party as special as you want and deserve it to be.
