No need to stress about final guest counts or what to bring, weve got you covered! So dont hesitate! We cannot accommodate walk-in birthday parties, so please leave the cake, presents, and decorations at home if you do not have a birthday party reservation.

Minimum of 8 painters applies for this package. If you wish to hold your event on a private mid week evening our minimum number of people attending is is10, for Fri/Sat evenings we need a minimum of 15 to use the packages. Or if you prefer a wider choice you pay the normal studio fee of £5 per person for the use of the paints, glazing, firing or your pottery and time in the studio plus the price of the items you choose and these vary from £10 upwards.
A deposit of £50 is required to secure the booking. This is non refundable 30 days before the date of the party. Once the deposit is received invitations will be given out.Final numbers must be given no later than 7 days before the party and full payment must be made at this time. This can be done by card over the phone or in person at the studio.Please note if your numbers are higher than first anticipated 7 days before the party we may not be able to accommodate everyone together or comfortably so please inform us early if your numbers increase.

In the spring and summertime we have picnic tables under our shade sails and in the fall/winter we have a large tent to gather under.Freezer and small fridge are available if needed – If you have an ice cream cake or item that needs to go in the freezer or fridge, we are usually able to accommodate, if it is not too large of an item.Frozen Treats – We also have a nice selection of individually wrapped frozen confections if you don’t want to bring dessert.
