Pinspiration Online Course & Class Agreement
Effective as of April 11, 2022
Please carefully read the following because it is a legally binding contract.
This online course & class agreement is for the benefit of Pinspiration Franchise Group, LLC d/b/a Pinspiration, a Delaware limited liability company, and all of the Companys franchisees and licensees, and any and all of their respective officers, directors, managers, owners, employees, and agents . This Agreement is between you and the Pinspiration Group.
Pinspiration Group is excited to offer courses and classes that may be taken online in the location of your choice. By signing up and/or participating in a class or course you expressly agree to: the terms and conditions of this Agreement so please review them closely before you sign up and the Pinspiration Waiver & Release, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
In consideration of the agreement by the Pinspiration Group to permit the individual named below to have access to the Course, suggested and recommended materials and/or products, and participate in activities and programs related thereto, the Participant hereby voluntarily acknowledges, understands and agrees to all of the following terms and conditions:
Privacy Overview
How Does It Work
Minimum of ten paid guests for birthday parties.
A $75.00 deposit is due at booking. $50 is held as a studio rental fee.
Workshops should be booked no later than 2 weeks out, but we are flexible!
For children turning 10 and younger parties are $300 for the first ten and $30 for each additional crafter. Sign options are 11×12 and 6×24.
For teens up to 17 $400 for the first ten and $40 for each additional guest. Signs are a bit larger at 11×16 and 6×32.
If your party is canceled within a two-week window, your deposit is forfeited.
