Chuck E Cheese Birthday Cake
Chuck E Cheese offers birthday cakes at an additional charge they have both chocolate and vanilla, and you can also purchase ice cream cups for 99 cents each. Of course, youre also welcomed to bring your own cake . Chuck E. will come out and sing with the kids and your party host will cut and serve the cake.
An 8 vanilla or chocolate cake is $13.99, and a 1/4 sheet cake is $21.99.
Heads up, it gets crazy loud when Chuck E. comes around. Hell also stick around for pictures .

Prices For A Chuck E Cheeses Birthday Party
As you can see in the image above, the pricing for a Chuck E Cheeses Birthday Party can vary. Adults and babies are free, children participating in the party cost between $12.99 and $22.99 each. There is an opportunity to purchase additional birthday stars for only $4.99 on top of their package fee. This means, if you have twins, or are celebrating multiple birthdays, each birthday star can get 1000 tickets, a ticket blaster experience and a themed gift when purchasing the Super Star Package or Mega Super Star Package.

Which Of The Chuck E Cheese Party Packages Is Best
For us, getting the Mega Super Star package for the kids was a no-brainer.
In addition to all of the standard things the other party packages come with , the Mega Super Star also included Chuck E Cheese party favors for each child, Dippin Dots ice cream, and a 1000 ticket Chuck E Cheese coupon for the birthday child!
Make sure to put the bonus tickets in a safe place, we totally lost ours before it was time to turn them all in.
But the real seller for us on the Mega Super Star package is the all you can play option. Some kids burn turn through play points so fast that having unlimited play was amazing.
At the end of the day if you look at my pricing above, going up each tier is going to cost you an extra $50 for every 10 kids. If you can swing it, the Mega Super Star Package gives you way more for your buck than the Star or even the Super Star package.
But if you dont care about the collectible cup, goody bag, or Dippin Dots or unlimited play then by all means go for one of the lower packages and just do the unlimited play upgrade.
And if youre looking at the Mega Star versus the Ultimate Super Star package its about a $20 difference at the end of the day if youre planning to get pizza for the adults anyway. But that $20 doesnt really get you much other than ticket totes , so Id go with the Mega Star for the best value.
Organize Birthday Games & Activities
Without activities to keep kids busy, birthday parties can become chaotic and children can get restless. Games and activities will be the least of your worries at our family fun center. Chuck E. Cheeses provides their own goodie bags if you book their Mega Super Star Birthday Package, which is what we booked because it includes pizza and drinks for the kids, unlimited all you can play and it even includes include ice cream, helium balloons and collective cups.
So, even though our guest were going to get a Chuck E. Cheeses goodie bag we decided to also make our own with an outer space theme. This is where the fun began, the birthday girl and I carefully chose every toy we put in the goodie bag, and she even picked the goodie bag itself!
I love involving my children as much as possible because I remember as a child how much I loved to be involved in the goodie bag process. Once we got all the toys my daughter assembled all the bags.
You can customize your bags with items that you buy, like we did, or if youre pretty crafty you can DIY all the contents in your goodie bag. I have done this in the past but its a lot more work for me and it has less involvement for the children, which is why this time we bought all the items in the goodie bag.

When you think back to your childhood, can you remember the day-to-day? I cant. What I remember was the experiences that we had as a family. I remember driving to Yellowstone in an RV, running through the sprinklers with DIY garbage bag ponchos and going to places like Chuck E. Cheeses. I try to give my kids as many memorable experiences as I can so that they can have the fun memories like I have.
This year as a fun family party, we went to Chuck E. Cheeses. It was not anyones real birthday, but we decided to have an annual un-birthday party to celebrate all the grandchildrens birthdays at one big party. It was a night that I am sure will not be forgotten. We chose the super star package which means that every kids got 2 pieces of pizza, a collectable cup, 45 tokens and drinks. We also upgraded everyone as an additional birthday star so that they all got 1000 tickets, a chance to earn more in the ticket blaster booth and they all got personalized themed gifts. This was the way to go.
Our FAVORITE part was watching each child go in to the ticket blaster. Everyone gathered around and cheered for each other. Three adults got to fill in for timid/small children and it was just as much fun for the adults as it was for the kids. Plus everyone loves watching the silly aunt.

Included with your Chuck E. Cheese party package is a personal party host to help you throughout your entire time at the party! We had such a wonderful host, Ayjah, and she was BEYOND amazing!!! I was actually trying to help clean up when it was nearing the end of the party and she insisted I go sit down or go enjoy myself because thats what she was here for!
She set-up the table, served the pizza, filled everyones drinks, lit the birthday candle, cut the cake, cleaned up and everything in between! She was there to make sure everything ran smoothly and thanks to her, it did!
As a parent, you know how NICE it is to be able to sit back and relax at your kids birthday party, talk to your guests and play with your kids and not have to think about a thing!
I personally never thought Id be throwing my kids party at Chuck E. Cheese just because Im usually the mom that goes ALL OUT for each party, but I am so thankful that I did and I can definitely say it probably will not be our last!!!

Each store has their own set of coupons available regularly so check out your local store page to see what coupons are available for your party day!
Also, be sure to look online when youre making your Chuck E Cheese reservation because some days offer you special bonus play points! And you might get extra play points for booking online.

Chuck E Cheese Menu Options
Every kid gets two pieces of pizza included with any of Chuck E Cheese birthday party packages, but if youre like us and have adults or older siblings coming as well, I definitely recommend ordering some more things off the main Chuck E Cheese Menu as well.
While the menu doesnt have a ton of variety, they do have a bit of something for everyone including individually packaged gluten free pizzas that my sister-in-law and her gluten-free family really appreciated.
Its one of the few places Ive seen where they literally cook the pizza inside the sealed package, so theres no possibility of cross-contamination. The only downside was they only had gluten-free cheese pizzas available and only in a personal size.
